TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INSCRIPTION :

After contacting us, we'll send you 2 copies of inscription contract (including fees, scheduled program and conditions). Contracts must be completed and signed by the participant, send us back one copy accompanied with a deposit of 30%. The lasting 70% will be paid at the beginning of the trip and you'll be given a receipt.

Where inscriptions are made less than 15 days from the departure date, payment must be made in full with the reservation.

A further advance can be necessary to book transport ticket or lodging.

WAYS OF PAYMENT :

Credit transfer, cash and credit cart.

INCLUDES AND NOT INCLUDE :

Our rates include the carefulness of a qualified instructor. The technical gear connected to the activity is lent.

Our rates don't include the cost of transportation between the places of meeting, activities, accommodation and leaving. The guide will transport the clients with his own vehicle as much as possible. If clients have to use their own vehicle or to pay for any kind of transportation during, before or after the holiday, it won't give right to any financial compensation.

Our rates don't include food, drinks and accommodation of the clients and of the guide. If the trip is organized more than one hour drive from guide's house, the cost of food, drinks and accommodation of him will be shared between clients. Those fees will have to be paid directly to shops, restaurants and lodgings. An estimation of the amounts will be communicate while booking the trip.

RESPONSABILIES AND INSURANCES :

Each Earthclimbing instructor is qualified and holds a professional police.

Each participant is responsible for obtaining and respecting the personal requisite police (adapted to the sports activity that is proposed during the trip), customs and public health formalities. Such information is supplied only for information purposes only and cannot engage our responsibity. Non respect of any of these rules engages the sole responsibility of the participant who is responsible for his own cost.

Each participant must obey the advice given by the instructors and we cannot be held liable for any imprudence or accident committed by participants acting on their own initiative.

MODIFICATIONS DURING THE TRIP :

The instructors are the only judge during the stay who can modify the planned program according to meteorological and mountain conditions, the fitness of participants and their technical abilities. In consequence, an alternative itinerary or change of mountain spot may be proposed. Any supplementary expenses caused by such an event are at the expense of the client.

In view of the sportive nature of our holidays, we cannot be held responsible for any indemnity due to change of date, times or itinerary, especially if changes are due to events beyond our control or likely to endanger the safety of participants.

Any voluntary interruption to the trip due to the participant gives no right to reimbursement even if such exclusion is decided by the instructors because of lack of ability or non respect of security advice.

CANCELLATION :

By yourself:

Due to the Participant. Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter before the due departure date. In the case of cancellation with more than 30 days notice, an administration fee of 10% per person will be retained.

For less than 30 days' notification of cancellation, the following sums will be retained:

from 30 to 15 days : 20 % of total ;
from 14 to 8 days : 30 % of total ;
from 7 to 4 days : 50 % of total ;
from less than 4 days : 100 % of total (the total fee has to be paid).

For trips requiring the purchase of a non reimbursable, non modifiable ticket, the amount of the ticket will remain due from the date of the original inscription. .

By ourselves:

Should we be obliged to cancel for reasons beyond our control (for example in case of lack of participation), we will propose other suitable alternatives, at the going rate, or reimburse totally any sums paid. In such circumstances, we will not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
